For the safety of our staff and members, effective Thursday, March 19, we will remain open by drive-thru only during normal business hours  Lobbies will be accessible by appointment only for reasons such as new account, loans and other services that can’t be completed by drive-thru.  Members can make an appointment by calling 800-328-4131 or visiting Contact Us.

For security reasons and in an effort to keep the drive-thru lines moving, we are limiting some transactions, like non-PCU Visa Credit Card Cash Advances and Wires, that require additional time to process.  PCU members can make an appointment if you need to send a wire.  We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Please keep in mind that Kalamazoo and Hastings do not have a drive-thru and will only be accessible by appointment.  Check here for the closest Shared Branching location.

As our communities continue to feel the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we realize that many of our members are living in uncertain times financially and may be concerned how they will make their loan payments over the coming months.  We are committed to the safety and well-being of our members and staff, both physically and financially.

Financial relief options to members impacted by recent events:

 FREE SKIP-A-PAYS for Consumer Loans: Members can skip March, April and/or May payments for their consumer loans!  Currently we allow members to skip two payments per calendar year.  If you need assistance with additional skipped payments please call us at 1-800-328-4131 ext 765.  Payments can be skipped via It’s Me 247, just look for the green circle once logged into online banking to process the request.  While there is no cost to skip your payment, interest continues to accrue at the contractual rate of your note(s) and the term will be extended, some restrictions apply.  Please process skip-a-pay request at least five business days prior to your due date to allow the credit union time to stop any automatic payments for the month(s) skipped. If you are unable to process the Skip-a-Pay online or would prefer to talk with us directly call 1-800-328-4131.

FREE SKIP-A-Pays for Visa Credit Cards: Members can skip March, April and May payments!  April and May payments will automatically be skipped for ALL qualified Preferred Credit Union Visa Credit Cards.  If you need assistance with your March payment call 1-800-328-4131 ext. 766.  Members are welcome to make payments anytime during this time frame.  Please contact the credit union at least five business days prior to any automatic payments if you wish to cancel them for the months skipped.  Interest will continue to accrue at the contractual rate of your agreement.  Original credit terms will apply and regularly scheduled payments will resume June 1, 2020.  Some restrictions apply.

FREE Mortgage Loan Modifications: Members can defer mortgage payments for up to 90 days.

  • Mortgages and Home Equity Loans (except for loan suffix 705 to 709): contact our Mortgage Department at 1-800-328-4131 ext. 765.
  • Mortgage loans with a suffix of 705 to 709 will need to contact Neighborhood Mortgage Solutions directly:
