Online Payments with LoanPay Xpress
Make loan payments online via Credit or Debit card, or directly from your savings or checking account at another financial institution! If your savings or checking is with Preferred, please login to It’s Me 247 to make payments.
Things to Know
- Credit card payments are not accepted for online loan payments, please call 1-800-328-4131 to process the payment. Debit card payments are accepted for online payments.
- A $15 convenience fee will be applied for payments up to $1,000 and a $30 convenience fee will be applied for payments over $1,000.
- ACH payments from a Savings or Checking account are free.
- Payments made after 4pm Eastern will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 2-3 business days for your payments to process.
- First time users will need to create a user name and password. User names should be between 8 and 12 characters. The password should be between 6 and 12 characters, including a special character and have at least one upper case letter.
Getting Started
- You will need your Preferred Credit Union account number and loan number.
- The birth date of the primary owner.
- You will also need the routing number and account information from where the payment will be made.
- You can use your debit or credit card to make a loan payment.
